IonShield.ca and www.ionshield.ca are down again.

Why is there this many problems with ionshield.ca but no problem with www.naturapeace.com?

It's both hosted at ucraft old and I bought the domain on godaddy in both cases.

Never had 1 problem with naturapeace and SO MANY problems with ionshield.

You had issue with security with ionshield, many networks are blocking it, never happened with naturapeace.

This is absurd. I can't have to call you back every 6 months with a down website cause ucraft fucked it up and spend 5-10 hours on the phone every 6 months.

If I switch service provider, I'll have to remake the whole website.

This won't go down well.

Fix this.

Last time I'm making such a request, next time I'm canceling all products @ Ucraft and there's going to be a salty review. It's shitty service. This is absurd.
