My website renewal for www.thephortarchitectureandlife.com never billed my card on file and cancelled without my consent. I have texted, emailed, and called to no avail. Has anyone who has had this happen had a resolution? I see that this has happened in August to a few users and some with multiple sites here on ucraft as well.
