Dave Safley this same thing has happened to my sites and there is no communication from Ucraft. Did you get a resolution? I am filing a complaint against Ucraft because of this and lack of communication despite reaching out for over a week now.

We need an ETA on when this will be resolved. This issue will undoubtedly result in massive cancelations and potential chargebacks leading to extensive losses for our company. Please advise.
